Return policy

"I was very disappointed that in order to return the oversized framed print that I purchased, I had to load it into my car and take it to a shipping service ($$$) because Art.com does not yet have a 'pick up at the door return policy' in place. I am a loyal Wayfair customer and am accustomed to their excellent customer service and return policies. I thought I would give you guys a try for this particular purchase, but, unfortunately, it was a negative experience. "

Can't get my Rothko

"One month ago I ordered a Rothko print. A week later I received an e-mail telling me my print would be "a bit late" On May 16 I call Customer Service and spoke with Tiffany. She was very apologetic and told me she would upgrade me to overnight shipment at no cost but would have to contact the warehouse to find out when it would go out. She told me I would definitely hear from someone within 48 hours. That was two days ago and no word from anyone. WHY am I now 30 days out from my order and I don't have a print and have absolutely no information about it.....

This really stinks Art.com!!!!!

Lackluster Experience

"The "recommendations" applied during the creation process did not make our picture and frame selection pop and as a result we are reworking the picture with a locally purchased custom matte. The frame selections were also a little generic and appeared to be composite rather than wood which was a little disappointing."
