Poor Quality

"I bought a Bingham Print and for $100 I was expecting a much higher quality print. Still on the hunt for a decent one, I have seen beautiful Bingham prints so I know they are out there!"

I'm Pleased With The Print.

"First of all, I'm inexperienced when it comes to putting a print together. However, I was able to do so after 3 attempts with the first 2 being ordered and returned. Finally, I got a print that I was satisfied with and customer service really tried to do their best to help me. It's not easy being green, and I felt uneasy about returning prints but I wasn't satisfied. Art.com wanted me to pay for shipping on two occasions even though my purchase price went up each time. I was reimbursed when it was all said and done but it did become a hassle for both parties. I think I paid a lot of money, but on the opposite side the print is very nice, good quality, and most of all meets my expectations. I am %100 satisfied. "

Quality results in very little time!

"I have had a few larger prints framed and matted by Art.com - by just sending my digital photo and picking out the frames and mats online. The picture of the framed print that you get on their website is quite accurate and gives you a great idea of how your art will look when completed. Their work is completed quickly and competently, and mailed expeditiously. I will continue using them for my framing needs - much quicker than local framers, and the result is every bit as professional."

Wrong matte

"First piece was perfect... no problems.

Second piece (The Camel) had the wrong color matte. I wanted a dark vanilla matte, but got an off white one, which makes the picture look less appealing. I can only assume that the matte color changed back to the website default color when I changed the frame style. Since I didn't double check before finalizing the purchase, I suppose I'm partially to blame - although, when I make a choice, That selection should not change unless I physically change it myself.

This piece shows a square image on the website, but is actually oblong. I wanted a square piece for a specific wall space. Again, I should have double checked. After doing some research on the Internet, I found several complaints of this type, including customer service runaround, and having to pay all shipping costs for a replacement. I decided that the best idea was to cut my losses, and chalk it up to a learning experience. Sorry, but I won't be ordering from art.com again.

well packaged

"I ordered two, one framed, one not. The one I ordered framed came beautifully packaged, very nice and ready to put up. The 2nd one unframed arrived rolled and perfect but it was me who did not pick a Van Gogh potted plant that looked very realistic in large size. It looked cheesy but not the company's fault. The other one looked gorgeous."
