Great work, Deceptive Tech

"First, I must say that the actual product received is extremely well done. However, beyond that I do have some reservations.

My last purchase began after receiving a promotion for 40% off, but when I attempted to use the email link it would take me to the site, but not to my account. Ultimately I called to complete my order but the entire process took nearly and hour and required speaking to three different people including a different person to take my payment method. In today's world this is unacceptable.

In addition, I would suggest an option that allows a customer to choose whether to have pieces sent as they are completed, or wait until all are finished and can be shipped as one package or bundled as both my orders have been. This way customers can avoid paying separate shipping for each piece as is done now. I realize Art.com may be generating some increased revenue by it's current practices, but it is deceptive and unfair to customers. Example, my first order product cost was $54.88; shipping was $48.76. The order arrived bundled together as one package, which means they only had to be "handled" one time by your shipping clerk and Fed-X. Yet, you charged as if each piece was "handled" and shipped individually. I ask in all seriousness does this seem fair or appropriate? Thank you for this opportunity to submit feedback. James Tinsley
