"Bought an item from these losers. They shipped UPS. The item arrived and the box was obliterated. It was torn, crunched, tweaked, ripped ,crumpled, gouged, dented and clearly had been taken out of the dumpster. Contacted the merchant. They absolutely took no responsibility for using a scrounged out of the dumpster box and started blaming UPS. Customer service said we recycle boxes in their first email to me. Then after telling them not to insult my intelligence they said that the box they used was a brand new one. SO WHICH IS IT????????????? DID YOU RECYCLE THE BOX OR WAS IT BRAND NEW??????? I have pictures of the box and will post them on this site if I am able to. If you could see the pictures of this box, you will be able to tell that there is NO WAY UPS ripped and tore and crushed this box and then taped it with clear tape. I mean you could see inside the box and the tape seams were taped like a 2 year old taped it. THIS MERCHANT HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND THINKS EVERYONE IS STUPID EXCEPT THEM. They did not even apologize, all they did was deny, deny, deny, deny! There was no, I am sorry that we were inconsiderate in using a dumpster box and we should have been more respectful and shipped it out in a solid undamaged card board box as we, (the merchant), would expect to receive our items in. I did not open the box and asked them to recall it in case the item was damaged. There was no, we will issue a call tag and have the item picked up and send you another one. There was zero respect! Remember, always make sure that there is a contact phone number for a merchant. If a merchant does not have a contact number that in itself tells you a lot, don't buy from them. I have to take responsibility for the fact that I over looked this before buying from them. NO CONTACT NUMBER MEANS TROUBLE. I have dealt with several merchants on line out of thousands in the past and the ones you have problems with are the ones that have no contact phone number. Looked in paypal at the transaction for a phone number and the number that they use is a fax number. Scum bags. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!! WARNING WILL ROBINSON! WARNING! WARNING! IDIOT ALERT WILL ROBINSON! WARNING!"
"Scammers! I can't believe they are still in business despite the low ratings. I ordered a piggy bank for my toddler and received defective item. Was instructed to ship it back to them (at my own cost of course). Returned with shipping and tracking. Post Office confirmed delivery back to seller. These crooks claimed they never received the item and refused to refund my money or send me a replacement. "

An Asian representative with a strong accent answered and all she could do was tell me that someone would be contacting me a in couple days. It's been a month. I bought FOUR Jupiter Jacks. I tried one in several vehicles with different radios, etc. It doesn't work. I want to return them but can't contact anyone."

He politely asked me why I was cancelling, so I told him. He quickly goes to the Ebay site, and points out their high shipping charge (about $25 when his company only charged me $10) AND upgraded me to have it delivered overnight at no extra charge.
He was extremely cordial and competent, something I forgot American companies knew about!
