"Scammers! I can't believe they are still in business despite the low ratings. I ordered a piggy bank for my toddler and received defective item. Was instructed to ship it back to them (at my own cost of course). Returned with shipping and tracking. Post Office confirmed delivery back to seller. These crooks claimed they never received the item and refused to refund my money or send me a replacement."
