"I've used this company before for a build out, though it was many years ago. The prices are decent: sometimes a bit higher than others, sometimes a bit lower, generally about the same. I like that I can build up a nice custom package without having to really do any work for it.

The only thing that bugs me a bit is how I was treated when I called to ask about a component price. At first, the sales person put me on hold a couple of times and then transferred me to tech support without me saying anything. Once there, I asked about the price and the tech's tone and words basically left the impression of, "We price how we want. You don't like it? Tough". Now, they didn't actually say that, but that's how it came across.

Also, it did bug me that as I was doing my build (over a couple of days), components that I wanted kept disappearing. Rather than calling, I decided to just leave them out and get those components from elsewhere later. The specific components were the Thermaltake V4 case and AMD Radeon R9 380 2Gb. For me, that V4 case was the only good one in the bunch. Having to choose from the others wasn't really an option for me.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience (so far). Don't think it was outstanding, but decent."
