"Horrible customer service! If I could have found the same product for close to the same price somewhere else I would have cancelled my order without a second thought.
I give them the credit card information and they tell me they won't ship it out because the billing information doesn't match the shipping address. I explain to them that it is literally the same building (the apartment is above the business). They didn't care, wouldn't ship it anyway. Ok, frustrating but I understand, it's a policy (even though it is the same building. I'm an internal auditor and I still can't think of a scam that someone would use to send an item to the same building). But because of being a auditor I understand the importance of policies. I'm ordering the item for my girlfriend so I have her change the billing address at her credit card company and call them back. They still won't ship it because instead of running the card to see if it goes through they make me go back to my girlfriend to get the number from the back of the card so they can call and verify it's been changed. I ask if they will send it out that day and they say, "No, it's too late in the day." So then I ask can they send it out tomorrow. "Probably not"!!! It takes a couple of days. What kind of business are they running? Once a card is approved what else is there? Sure enough it didn't ship the next day either. I called that day and a different lady said it would ship that day and I would get tracking info. Nope.
Next day... Call again but no one would answer the phone. I was on a road trip with nothing better to do so I called for 20 minutes straight (if I didn't get anyone I would hang up and call back) and never got through. I finally called technical support and they transferred me. Went right through. They said it was on the way. I checked before I called to see if I had received tracking info like they said I would. Nope... I ask for it and she said FedEx sends the e-mail not them but she would send me one anyway (with a bit of attitude). I think worse than anything were the employees' attititudes. Far from pleasant.
I will NEVER buy anything from them again and will advise others not to as well. By the way, it is now Friday, March 4 and I just received the item. I
ordered it on Feb 23rd. It took two days to actually ship, the rest are days of frustration."

"Ordered two PNY Geforce 9800GT video cards. Product arrived quickly and was properly packaged. Shipping was free and done by UPS. Problem was the cards, when inspected after arrival, were reconditioned. When contacted, customer service was polite but unhelpful and indicated a 30 day warranty by Ascendtech was all the part carried. No mfr. warranty at all.
