"This company is terrible, I would NEVER order from them again or recommend that anyone else order from them. They sent me a defective laptop, which I returned. The replacement laptop they sent had the same defect, at which point they told me it was a very common problem and not considered an issue to them (the mousepad was essentially useless as the cursor floated across the screen - I've had numerous laptops and never encountered this "common" problem). They then waited for my 30 day warranty period to expire before finally responding to me to tell me that because it had been more than 30 days I could not return the product for any reason - this is after I absolutely contacted them and requested to return the product within the 30 days. The customer service rep, Val, was rude, unprofessional, and just horrible to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"

"Pretty nice store. I purchased a motherboard on ebay from them. Unfortunately, I received a non functional one the first time, and the replacement motherboard I got was missing a fan bracket ( to attach the fan ) and so I couldn't use it.

Other than these problems, I have heard good things about their other electronics and the customer service was quick and reliable and they were never rude. They were very good on their word and that is a good thing to look for in a seller. I got a refund very quickly after I shipped out the motherboard from shipping labels they gave me and had no issue's whatsoever.

One word of advice though for them to grow as a business: as the motherboards you sold me were listed as new, the products should be in new condition and not be missing any parts. I would assume this was a mistake, however, and hopefully in the future all the motherboards they sell will be new when they are listed as such.
