"I tried to purchase 10 items which were in my basket. I was unable to complete the purchase. I contacted your sales team over the weekend and they responded that due to an item which cannot be shipped to Australia I could not complete the process., which delayed the purchase for 3 days over the weekend. I understand it was the weekend and they reponded promptly on their first business day, thank you. But during the checkout process if i were to be informed of the item not being able to be shipped out to Australia, I would have taken that item out of the basket and completed the purchase. Luckily I am a returning customer :)"
