"I was shopping for a watch for my husband. As I was shopping, a pop up presented a guaranteed 10% discount. After I pressed the button, my code was SCJSAPRCE. When I went to buy the watch, a place was set up for me to type the 10% off code. When I did that, I received message that the code was not correct. Since we need the watch, I bought it, but was soooooo disappointed that the 10% discount offered to entice me was not honored. I am not sure we will do business with this company again. It might depend on the response to my complaint and the quality of the watch we ordered. It feels like a "Bait and Switch" technique that is not customer friendly."
