"I appreciate the fandom based designs and the uniqueness of some of the items. However, some do the prices are too high for the quality of the items. There also doesn't appear to be enough variety in sizing options. For example, rings only come in theee sizes. As someone who had small fingers, I could never wear any of the rings on this site. "
"Ordered two items. 1 bracelet which I love dearly! 1necklace which I hate. The necklace looked like it had been smashed at some point in time. It won't lay flat and has two kinks in it, one on each side where it was folded over to fit the box. Emailed customer service requesting a refund. The first email told me the would be glad to help me if I would sent a photo of the broken bracelet. Never said it was the bracelet. So I sent back you mean my necklace, correct? Yea, please send us a photo. Which I do actual send 5 of them. The next email is we'll send you a replacement. You don't need to return the necklace. I don't want a replacement I want a refund.
UPDATE: The bracelet that I LOVED so much. Just 60 days after being received won't stay closed. The clasp opens without you touching it!!!!!!
Ashley Bridget's Support sent me this message "Unfortunately, we only provide refunds and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. Regretfully, as this order has been received more than 30 days ago, we will not be able to provide a replacement or a refund. My sincerest apologies.

So in to end my store. I did get the refund for the broken necklace but no replacement on the bracelet that failed inside of 60 days! Now to tell everyone that like my bracelet not to buy from this company.

"I've ordered multiple bracelets and rings from Ashley Bridget over the past several years. Some for myself and several as gifts. They have a varied selection and I have generally found the quality of their products to be what you would expect of the price. Although I have had issues with some of their products falling apart after only wearing it on a couple of occasions.
One thing I will say is that they have a variety of bracelet styles and have really cute themes for some of their collections, which I thoroughly enjoy. "

"I love this collection of bracelets. I have several in gold and silver. I like to mix my "metals" especially on my wrist. I have a New York, Los Angeles, Humility, and Mindful bracelet. I wear at least one of them every day. They are very dainty on my wrist, but they mix well with other jewelry I like to wear, and each one of them reminds me of something I love or want to remember on a daily basis - so they are very personal. "My story is kind of long, I ordered 3 bracelets for Christmas gifts (including one for myself) around Thanksgiving. Ashley Bridget was so busy on this amazing product that it got back ordered and promised to be here before xmas. Two of them got here when my family was in town so I gave those two as gifts and hoped the 3rd one would fit...well the bangle was too big for my baby wrist. I contacted support and was helped by Sarah Adams who helped me find the bracelet I wanted and how to exchange it. A few weeks went by and I contacted Sarah again and she emailed right back and within the day the new bracelet was sent out!! I do not write many reviews...but I wanted to say a BIG thank you to Sarah and the product. Nothing but good things to say...will buy from you again!!
