However, here is my disappointment. After having this bracelet for less than 1 month, the beautiful wing charms fell off it and I lost them. I let that go and still didn't want to return the bracelet because I loved it so much. But today, at work, I looked down and the halo charm was missing.
I am incredibly disappointed by this, but I would love to return this bracelet and get the same bracelet sent back to me. I'm sure this is just a fluke.

A week later I saw an ad on facebook that they were having a sale and I sent an email asking if I could take advantage since my purchase was made only days earlier. They refunded me the difference from what I paid to the new sale price (which was pretty substantial) they replied right away and processed the refund fast.
