"I was sent a defective laptop and they told me to contact the manufacturer which I did. After explaining the situation to the manufacturer they told me to contact the seller (antonline.com) for a refund. Antonline.com then refused to refund the purchase because they said the return date was passed. I only had the computer for 2 weeks and it never worked properly, their website says their return policy is 30 days, so why tell me I can't return it after only 14 days? So unprofessional. Do not use this website."

"I ordered an HP 34" monitor for $900. they sent it via UPS. I am in San Antonio and it got stuck in shipment. I sent them an email 2 days later than the expected date and let them know there were issues. They sent a form email (still not doing anything to proactively start a trace on the shipment). I sent them another email 6 days after the expected reciept date...they once again replied with the form email. 1.5 weeks later gave them a heads up, and still sending me back form emails, and doing nothing. I purchased it through ebay so requested my money back 2 weeks after I didn't get it. instead of sending me another one..they are wanting me to hold until they trace it.. just be aware they will not help you and are a horrible seller.
