"I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I wanted to share my expirence. I ordered the Nintendo Switch Super Smash Bros bundle for Christmas via google express. immediately after ordering I read all the bad reviews for this vendor and was absolutely terrified that I was going to get scammed. I ended up just keeping my order and waiting for my package to arrive. Antonline shipped my switch the same day I ordered and it was on my doorstep a day before the expected delivery date. The Nintendo switch and the game it came with were both in PERFECT factory sealed condition. I’m glad I waited and gave Antonline a chance. I was not disappointed and it was a awesome early Christmas gift to myself!!!!! "

"Horrible company. Bought a $2200 laptop. Had to call them a week later because they never shipped it. When I called them they tried blaming it on UPS. They said UPS is backed up and has not been by to get it. Called UPS and they said this customer is a call to pick up account. They call us to pick up when they want. It would not take us a week to pick up. So I gave them $2200 and they let my laptop sit in their wearhouse for over a week before they felt they had large enough orders filled to ship out. Also they only reason I bought from them was because they had the fastest shipping. Laptop was suppose to be here in 5 days come to find out they have not even ship it yet. 2 weeks go by still had never ship. I had to get their local authorities involved before I got refund. Look them up on better business bureau. Same story with everyone."
"I see lot of really bad reviews and was apprehensive on going with this company but I gave it a shot, I bought a xbox one x through them price was the cheapest I've found anywhere that Also included red dead redemption 2. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition, although the packaging should have had some paper or bubble wrap to fill the excess space in the box that is the only reason I gave 4 stars, but all in all very happy"
"I ordered Xbox One X on Google Express through ANT Online. Received notice of a tracking number almost right after purchasing but did not receive any further updates on tracking. Upon further investigation by calling UPS, UPS claims they never received package for shipment and it's been 4 days since of purchase. Called ANTonline and the girls that pick up have no valid answers for anything, just "I don't know" not even an attempt to help with any questions, period.
Finally email from their customer support manager "Susan Brown" stating that it's because of holidays that is why there are no updates? And that I just have to wait.. she also states it is USPS except I got an email about UPS?
I am getting nervous about the legitimacy of this company. I may have to call my bank very soon and report fraud."
"I ordered a product and within half an hour realized I wanted a different product. I wanted a computer monitor that tilts. ANTOnline didn't have the one that tilts so I tried to cancel my order but was unable to. Their website says it takes one to two business days to ship so why can't I cancel my order within a half hour of when I placed it. BEWARE. DON'T SHOP HERE. Their prices are not better than anyone else and their customer service stinks. "

"I purchased a 3" inch hole saw through Walmart's website for $8.95 with free shipping. Store pickup was not available otherwise I would have done that. Item arrives in bubble envelope "bent". Appeared to have been crushed in transit or defective already when shipped. Regardless, it's unusable in the condition it arrived in. Return policy is it can only be returned to ANTOnline.com So I registered for a RMA return on their website BUT I was to be responsible to pay for shipping to ship the defective hole saw blade back. I say no more. I will NEVER BUY anything that is affiliated with this ANTonline.com company ever again!"
"Indeed, I cancelled an order five minutes after purchasing from this dull robot of a company. Instead of fulfilling my cancellation request, the service agent let me know that they went ahead and shipped it out the door the following day. Instead of cancelling and wasting less labor from both parties, the turds want to ship it back and forth and deal with restocking for the same cost as the price of the item. Ridiculous policies developed by apes."
"I purchased an Asus gaming laptop from ANTOnline through one of the marketplaces they sell on for x amount. A few days passed and I received a reply from them as follows:
"This is a special order item that ships straight from the manufacturer. We sent them the order on the order day and they normally ship within a few days. This time they sent us and email saying they were backlogged with orders and had a 1 week delay. Now they are saying 4 weeks, maybe longer. Better to cancel if time sensitive? [name blocked for privacy], Support Manager"
I replied to the support manager's message telling them I would still like the product despite the wait and to honor the price paid. After all, they were asking me whether or not I wanted to cancel or not. Well, it turned out what they told me was a COMPLETE LIE. They turned around and raised the price by $300! As of this writing, they still have the same product on sale for the higher price! The way this particular marketplace works is that they give sellers a preset number of days to fulfill the order. If the order exceeds that time limit, the order will cancel out. The objective of setting order timeouts is so that marketplace sellers can uphold a similar level of commitment as the marketplace themselves, but they used it to their advantage to cancel the order and try to sell the laptop for a higher price.
Further contact with them through email and phone was hopeless. When I called, they promised an email back with a resolution within 48 hours. Nobody contacted me... I followed up and upon politely asking for a manager, the CSR hung up on me. Unbelievable!
In conclusion, based on my experience ANTOnline is an unethical company that is unable to honor their mistakes and shows no respect to customers. I will not be doing business with them again. "
