"I have problem with their product. I filed RMA form, shoot an email to ****@****, and have already been waiting for four days, no response. I called up the agents and they promised I would receive response within 24 hours, still no response. The agents are easily reachable over the phones, but if its just all plain talks nothing can be solved!! I need to see some real actions, some response from the support team. Question is, why is it so hard to send an email back? I need to use my product ASAP! If I don't hear from them anytime soon, I will consider asking for full refunds and file claims and complaints, period. Good thing I purchased their product from Amazon and not directly from Antonline.com. Please be aware about the fake reviews that are floating around. It is really easy for company agents to pretend to be regular customers and making up stuff about how good their company is blah blah blah. The bottom line is, NEVER EVER trust a one sentence or two sentence review!! It is impossible to provide full picture with just a few words. But for me I never have had any good experience with Antonline.com, just so you know.

Update as of 11/1/12: The phone agents provided me the RMA number and told me to use it to ship back the item (need to pay for shipping and possibly 15% restock fee for unopened item, and together it will cost as much as the product itself). Decided to keep the item instead. Horrible support team at communication via email, but responsive agents over the phone. Up one star."
