"My son loves his new Lenovo ThinkPad. I did a rigorous Consumer Reports search and ANTOnline was my best resource and Amazon ranked extremely high. I'm VERY happy with my purchase--the delivery arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. "Probably one of the worst eseller experiences ever. Tried to return an item and it goes into the black hole. Have to pay return shipping (acceptable) but then have to pay their Free Shipping back plus a 15% restocking fee and they CAN NOT tell me how much I will be refunded from the total paid. What kind of company is this??? 5 emails to them and not one response back yet. Now that their 10 day window of sending something back via RMA is over, I'll probably hear from them now stating "SO Sorry, your RMA Grace period is now Over" NEVER AGAIN ANTonline. My CC company is begining chargeback proceedures. See if you like it now! "

"If you know exactly what you want in terms of the product type, model, version and mfg's product code, and than double checked the price and availability at that price, then you make your order exactly as described...

Then all you have to do is to wait for the product's arrival which is prompt as the tracking notice or e-mail notice from the company.

So, base on the above and my experience of buying a particular item that was received in exactly the shape and form as expected, this store deserves 5 stars.

How ever if you have a question about the product and can't find answer from the web page or other related links, than you call the customer service and ask for help, you may be disappointed by their inability to find answer for you. But I still think it is good that they don't tell you something that they themselves are not sure of rather than telling you anything untrue or unreal just to get you to buy the item.

So based on the above I would say they are honest in conduct business and that is at least to be expected and be made known.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM ANTONLINE. HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered from ANTOnline based on the price and generally positive reviews. The item I ordred had damaged packaging and cosmetic damage to the produce itself. The packaging clearly had been resealed (taped with packing tape) by ANTOnline and sent to me this way. I sent an email to explain if I had misunderstood the NEW listing of this item or overlooked an OPEN BOX explanation. NO RESPONSE FOR 11 DAYS. And even then, there was no explanation, just a RMA number with instructions about how to return the item and that I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. Clearly a horrible experience, shifty practice of selling an open box item as new, NO EXPLANATION or written communication about why this was sent to me this way, and then leaving me responsible for shipping on a damaged open box item they shipped as new. The best part is I received an email "personally asking for my help" in writing this review. Gladly. Good luck ANTOnline. Fix your policy of shipping open box items as new and try at least the minimal amount of communication/customer service. "

"As I cannot recall what I saw on the website, when I was ordering my product I can't leave anything but neutral feedback.

I was under the impression that I was ordering a different product. However, when I look at all of the material sent to me, I did receive the correct product and in a timely fashion.

I would say as far as the product relating to the email confirmations, ANTOnline fared quite well. I just wish I would have paid more attention in the very beginning. I also did not contact the company about this because this product will also fit my needs.

":D This product and service deserve a review. Wish I could post the photos and videos! The joy on this little boy's face and the enthusiasm ...! We live in Texas; grandson lives in Washington state. In friendly competition with grandparents who live within minutes of our grandson, I really wanted to make the best choice. So, I did exhaustive research into a gift for Christmas. First found this toy on Amazon. After reading purchaser reviews as to size and operation of it vs similar scoot toys, I found the best description of it at Antonline's website, where I ultimately ordered it: a foot-to-floor ride-on John Deere for a tractor-crazy little boy.

The online order process was simple, and there was no shipping charge. Late the night of November 30, I ordered it for Christmas. The JD tractor arrived Dec 14, intact, undamaged.

It is as described, small enough to be maneuverable for a 16 mo. old toddler, yet sturdy; and the placement of wheels allows for vigorous foot control without contacting the foot with the front or rear wheels (as in other configurations with other scoot toys). The rear wheels especially have a wide stance and stretch out back beyond the seat base to allow for stability. The steering wheel offers a good grip and turns without turning the front wheels (enough, but not too much action for a child still practicing getting around atop ride-ons). And it is small enough to be enjoyed indoors while the rain and snow blows outside.

Speaking of being cooped up indoors for hours at a time, what's sweet is that the only noise in the video sent us comes from our grandson providing his own "brrrrrooooms & beep-beeps." No incessant electronic noise and lights, so I know the parents will be happy, as well; So, no earplugs nor batteries needed, either. VERY pleased; the hours of research were worth it.

Sidenote: Get yours while you can, I'm guessing there may be limited availability. Because, as I recall, this toy may not be in manufacture anymore. Which I hoped meant this was "old stock" and therefore, of higher quality plastic, better construction.
