Had to wait to get home to box it up and send it back. Then I discovered I bought it from ANT. They said I needed an approval to send it back - which was a delaying tactic. "AVOID ANTONLINE AT ALL COSTS. I cannot believe that a company gets away with "tough luck" as a customer service policy and stays in business.
I did not check beforehand, but I would recommend that you check with the Better Business Bureau prior to dealing with ANTOnline. They are not members, but the website listed several items of interest for potential customers.
Anyway, ANTOnline could only help if you had several different numbers. Thus gathered, I emailed several times and got little to no help whatsoever. It actually seemed as if "The Support Team at ANTOnline" was sitting around laughing at me and trying to be unhelpful until the firm 30 day return window had closed. In fact, one of their emails was actually blank except for the words, "The Support Team at ANTOnline," further wasting time. Another told me to hurry up, as my time was almost up, but failed to give me the information I needed. Still another merely said, "we gave you that information" and I actually had not received it.
Needless to say, I feel swindled. I was not treated as a valued customer, but one of the "ones born every minute." Avoid ANTOnline. "
"BEWARE!! I ordered through Amazon. The description said the product I ordered (a cell phone signal booster) would work with all major cell phone carriers with a few named exceptions. T-Mobile was not named, but the item did not work with T-Mobile 4G. I unpacked the item before I discovered this.
You would think this is a pretty straightforward return: incorrect description, does not work with my phone, I get a refund. Not from ANTOnline. They refused to give me a refund of any sort until Amazon intervened. Then they took a 15% restocking fee - for their mistake!!! - and I had to pay return shipping. Amazon should be embarrassed for doing business with a company whose business model is based on denying returns for any possible reason.
The company actually responded to my review on Amazon's web site, saying that "this customer stated that they had discarded packaging for the booster. Packaging is critical for return condition, and unfortunately we do not accept returns without full packaging."
So that's what you can expect. If the item description is incorrect, and if you unpack the item before you discover this, they will not accept a return. That's the sort of company you are dealing with here. Dishonest.

"I bought expensive binoculars from Antonline and they arrived having been opened, and used (there were fingerprints on the lenses). When I returned them, they charged me a 25% restocking fee, claiming that they were returned "incomplete". They arrived at me incomplete! How could I have possibly returned them complete? They have consistently refused to refund my money. I recommend avoiding dealing with this company.
