"I was unlucky enough to find the doorknobs I wanted on the Sears.com online site. They sell for this vendor, ANTonline. I ordered 5 doorknobs. Later that same day, a Monday, I realized I would need 4 more doorknobs. I called the online number for Sears.com and was told it was already too late to adjust the original order. I was advised that I could cancel the original order and create a new order. I asked that be done. I ended up receiving three emails from ANT. One confirmed the order I was cancelling. The next said the order would need extra time to process because of the confusion I assumed, although no order number was specified. Next came the confirmation of the second order. On Wednesday my account was debited for the FIRST order. I called Sears.com again to find out what was happening. All they could tell me was that they had sent a request to cancel the original order on Monday. I called ANT directly, to customer service, and they were impossible to work with. I had to call twice to get someone I could understand because the first guy had a very strong accent. I was told they would cancel my first order. I said you've already charged me for it, maybe we should cancel the second order instead before it is charged to me. They couldn't help with what was possible let alone what had been done or would be done. I called Sears.com back to complain about their vendor service and tell them they had just lost my trust (Sears) because they are doing business with this ANTonline unethical company. No help. I sent an email to ANTonline to the support address, they sent an email with pat answers about where to call or email for help. Thanks so much! I can't talk to anyone that can help, I can't email and get any help, I will probably be charged and receive both orders and then have to pay to send some back to get my money back in 5 to 10 business days! I agree with all the posted reviews that this company is nothing but a rip-off. If you can't find a way to call and complain to someone other than the ones causing trouble, then they are not to be trusted. I regret this purchase, and will never order on a site that will not deal with the issues that come up because they are just allowing an unknown company to use their site. Bad on Sears and bad on ANTonline AKA Atlanta Network Technologies. I'm so glad to hear they are making big buck this year by ripping people off. Don't order from these people. You will regret it. I am being forced to pick one star for these people, I wanted to pick 0 stars, that is my real opinion."

"When I was very clear on the telephone that I needed the laptop in two business days, Julio did not tell me that it might not come in two days. Why? Was he so anxious to make the sale he simply did not want to lose the sale by informing me as much? why didn't he offer to change the ship-to address if it would help? I found out on the UPS website that it was possible. does changing the ship-to address cost cut into your profit? if yes, I would have been willing to pay more to ensure its delivery.
Ordinarily I would have canceled the order as soon as ANTonline refused to change the ship-to address. as it was, I did not have time to make other arrangements.
I wish I had known how terrible they are. I would have taken my business elsewhere."
"This company is run by thieves, pure and simple. They took my money and never shipped my product. After many conversations and emails, I never got the product I ordered. They say that I took the risk when I ordered from them.
EDIT: Since I see no way to respond to their reply below, I will respond here. I don't know about what traking information they have, but I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. They are THIEVES, pure and simple. I posted such on the owner's Facebook

"I bought a Vtech model CS5111 cordless phone from ANTOnline because they had the Vtech model I wanted at the lowest price I could find. My local and convenient Sears store offered the phone at a price I was willing to pay as long as I could get it shipped to the store free. But Sears would not ship the item to the store for free since it was coming from an outside supplier. I discovered the outside supplier was ANTOnline and figured, if Sears did business with them, then I could too. I think the shipping was a few pennies less in doing so. I got the item in good time and everything exactly as I expected. I thought I was buying from SEARS however; they used ANTOnline.com to ship out their product. DO not buy from them, they can not provide evidence they have shipped out the merchandise at all! SEARS as well, needs to be encouraged to revamp the way they handle customer issues and who they choose to outsource their business to, However, ANTOnline.com needs to be exposed for the frauds they are!

This is a case where we feel the customer has been abusive and is using unfair tactics because they know the facts are not in their favor for legal action. Furthermore, there is no company that we have researched, including ours, that guarantees that all orders will be shipped out the same day that it is ordered especially when a credit card charge is flagged for review, regardless of the shipping method requested.
