"This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. I have been shopping online for as far as I can remember. My order has been cancelled twice the second time these incompetent fools withdrew the money from my card and had the audacity to tell me that my card would be credited within 24 hours it has been a week now and I am still waiting on the funds to be put back on my card. As far as the customer service well they could not resolve any of my questions over the phone and directed me to the online support stating I had to contact them though email only. In which I had contacted them through email exactly seven times and finally received a response other than your email was successfully submitted and allow 1-2 days before you are contacted by a support tech! This is the worst experience ever, I will not process any future orders and would not recommend this site to my worst enemy. As far as price range well I found the same product for cheaper, with free delivery by Christmas from best buy! "ANTonline just canceled my order placed through Best Buy marketplace with a lame excuse of "stock has not arrived as planned for your perspective purchase in our warehouse setup"!! I ordered last night and they say this morning the item didn't arrive!! What an obvious shameful lie to cancel an order. I don't care if they didn't send the item as I'm happy to know a lousy merchant for future orders. What makes me upset is that I used my Best Buy rewards points to pay for the item partially and now I can't used that anymore. I used 7000 points!! SHAME on you ANTonline!! I would never buy from you again."
"I entered an online order and I received an email the next claiming my credit card was successfully charged on 12/16.
On 12/20 9:28 AM I checked my credit card account and there was not even a pending charge.
I cancelled the order immediately but they ignored my cancellation, rushed the order through processing and informed me at 1:59 PM that my order had been shipped and could not be cancelled.
Online tracking said that a label had been created only, not that it had been shipped.
They are ignoring the requests of the customer and making false statements about when their credit card was charged.
They are still intent on ramming this order through by making false claims and ignoring my cancellation.
I do not feel like I should have to pay any return shipping or restocking fees because the order was cancelled before it was charged or peocessed."

"ANTOnline SUCKS!!!! This is a horrible online retailer that sells through Amazon.com. Amazon.com should be embarassed to have such a lousy company on its website. ANTOnline advertised that they has a Cisco wireless router I ordered in stock and then spent the next two weeks telling me that they are waiting for delivery. I had to get Amazon.com customer service involved. ANTOnline then told Amazon.com that they mysteriously had the product in stock and that I would receive it in two days. Two hours later I receive an email from ANTOnline stating that they expected to receive the product in 5-7 business days and that it would be another 2-7 days for shipping!!! They even had the balls to lie to Amazon.com. Now I am trying to cancel the order and am being told that I CAN'T and that it will take a review and another two weeks to cancel. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use ANTOnline!!!!!!!"
