"Really simple & convenient. Placing an order took only a breif moment. Basic info was all that was needed - name,adress and credit card....compared to many other on-line sites that cycle you through multiple screens of info and it ends-up taking like a half hour to input.

Pricing was about half what other internet providers were quoting on-line for the exact same brand name product I purchased.

"Complete lack of usable information on their website regarding my order status. At this point my order is still showing up as processing even though it has been shipped and is on its way back because they tried sending it via the Post Office to an address that the post office doesn't deliver to. I was told by the support person that they are unable to ship it any other way...so basically I can't do business with them. It have now been over two weeks and I have to start over looking for the parts I need. I was told that they are unable to ship to PO box....so if that's what you have for mail don't bother to try and order anything. The customer service was helpful but the website is useless."
