"I hadn't ordered from them before. THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE. They had what I wanted, which was odd! A compact Holmes heater/fan (which I couldn't find anywhere), a Black and Decker iron (couldn't find at stores here) and a Wahl Groomsman. The shipping was very fast - I was surprised. Everything was as stated - brand new and all products work great. I would DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. There is so much on their site, I haven't had enough time to check it all out. I didn't have to return anything so I don't know how that would go. I think it would be fine considering they have a way to get in touch with them AND asked for my review."
