"I had the worst experience with an Internet store ever. The store had many chances to undo the bad but for some reason they didn't seem to care. Here is what has occurred:
I ordered two phone batteries that had been claimed to be in stock. A day later received an email that they were actually not in stock and it will take up to a week to get stock. After about 8 days a huge package arrives - 2 walkie talkies instead of the batteries. Shipped it back to them and once they received it I requested to send me the batteries using priority mail. They refused saying that they will use regular mail but this will have to ship after about another week to make sure that the errored package which I returned was in good condition. At this point I asked them to cancel the order.
Payment was administered by Amazon.com and I've notified them also. I should note that I was treated very rudely by several people in antonline customer service. Although I was honest enough to return the items they sent in error that was 17 times the cost of the items I ordered, and although I spent 2 hours to leave work and go to mail it to them, they wouldn't use priority mail to mail my order, and were actually going to delay the shipping 7 days further to begin with. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, the customer service woman hung up on me (her name is Sherri)."
