"I've ordered from these guys only once so far, but the experience was painless and positive, even for the piddling little order I placed -- three 2.5" USB external disk enclosures. They shipped same-day, sent the tracking number, and packed the stuff far better than necessary. They sent step-by-step status updates, too. I used Google Checkout so can't say much about their native credit card processing. Bottom line: I'd use them again without hesitation if their price/availability is right."

"I placed an order through Amazon for a Philips Blu-ray player sold by ANTONLINE. I ordered what I wanted, but ANTONLINE sent me the WRONG model (a lower grade, cheaper one), which I received on October 19th. They issued an RMA number, but when I questioned them about who was going to pay for the shipment, insurance and repackaging (as per their RMA requirements) of the item, they did not reply. (Why should I pay for shipment, insurance and repackaging for a mistake ANTONLINE made?) I then went to A - Z for satisfaction and put in a claim. I received an OK to return the item within a 3-day window. I was out of town on business and explained that I would not be able to return the product within the 3-day wiindow, but would return it as soon as I got home. A - Z canceled the claim. I then tried to contact ANTONLINE directly to just return the player. Amazon had said that I should be able to return it as long as it was within the 30-day return time stated on ANTONLINE's site. A lot of phone calls and running around from ANTONLINE's representatives (Ryan, Lisa, Joseph Dick were the names I was given when speaking to the reps. And I spoke to several more than once), and I was told that if I would forward a copy via e-mail of the dropped claim, they would issue a new RMA number - which I did. I was then told I would hear from them via e-mal in 24 - 48 hours. It never happened. I began to call again. Always being told that "someone is looking into it", "there really shouldn't be a problem", "you will hear from us within 24 hours." This went on for ten days. Finally, on the 19th of November (the last day of the 30-day return period), I again called and spoke to Joseph. I was told that "John Roberts, the supervisor" was sending me an e-mail, and thaqt I would receive it "within an hour" (by 4PM.) By 4:30PM, I had not received the e-mail. I then called ANTONLINE again, and this time reached Ryan (again). He told me that "sorry, we can't do anything for you." "Amazon sided with us, and there is nothing we can do." I attempted to again explain that I had done everything they had requested, and that all I wanted to do was return the blu-ray player. Nothing. . .he even hung up on me.
Lousy service, lousy company. I think I'll try to contact the city/state consumer association and congressman and representative, and have these people investigated. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. In my opinion, ANTONLINE needs to be shut down.

"This was our first time doing business with ANTonline. We ordered a compatable drum for our Sharp copier. It was exactly as promised and arrived ahead of schedule. "ANTOnlin had the product my customer needed and priced so I could resell it and make a small profit as well.
