"When getting collected from the airport I had to call 5 times as there was no one on the other end so wasted my phone credit. Had to just flag a shuttle driver who took us to where the car was located. Collecting the car around 1:30am and there was no car seat for my child as ordered. Called every rental place that was open but they were all booked out, so had to make the illegal 1 hour drive with my husband in the back seat to hold our child with no car seat. After about 15 phone calls the next day and having to search a number not supplied on the paperwork i finally got hold of Lucky Rentals and had to wait for a car seat to be delievered. They did upgrade the car at no cost as the one we picked up had a squealing fan belt. That was collection.
Dropping off the car the traffic was horrendous (not their fault) but they did not accomodate for it and had I been on a budget airline and not previously checked in would have missed my flight. Then got home and realised my credit card was charged twice for the car!!!!!"
"Going to central Cali for a wedding, we decided to fly to San Fran and rent a car to take the scenic route down. We found a great deal on a rental that saved us $100s versus flying into a regional airport. Plus we got to explore a little more. "
"I had the great misfortune of having a voucher with Fox Rental Car. I arrived tired at the rental counter and explained of the prepaid voucher. Fox Rental added on numerous charges which I explained where included in the voucher and had been paid for. Atlas customer service is closed on the weekend so could not contact anyone to help with issue. When I walked out that day I had paid 222.00 for the voucher and was charged an additional 286.00 for a one week rental of a Jeep. Wow 500.00 in Orlando what a scam. That evening took the car to get some groceries. When I opened the door to get into the vehicle a scattering of thousands of bugs was seen, well just about had a heart attack. My daughter and I had to drive the car back to the resort we had covered all the seats with plastic bags and left all the interior lights on. I still could not contact Atlas for help. I contacted Fox Rental customer service for a replacement of the vehicle. Fox Customer service advised me to buy some bug spray and to spray the car, they will refund me for the cost. I was shocked by such an answer from a customer service representative. I advised that representative that I was not there employee nor did I work in maintenance for there company. That I will not drive the car back to there facility that I will need a replacement car ASAP. I was advised to call the next morning. I did call and was told to wait for the replacement vehicle which would be delivered in a couple hours, this was at approx. 8:00 am. I responded that I would leave the keys with the concierge and their driver could do the exchange with her. At 3:00pm I was notified by my concierge that the vehicle had been dropped off, so much for the 2 hour window. I have now lost two days use from Fox Rental Company. Disney Resort was notified of the situation they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I was able to notify Atlaschoice of the incident on Monday, they advised to forward all the paperwork and bills received to them and they would investigate it further. Of course the clothing I was wearing that day and evening I drove the vehicle had to be immediately sent out to be cleaned that was a 45.00 bill. Disney was notified and I believe had their pest people come to the room to make sure no bugs had gotten into the room.
I returned the vehicle 1 day early to give time to address these extra charges without worrying about catching a flight. The Fox Rental location was extremely busy upon my arrival, which gave ample time to discuss my situation with potential renters while in line. When I reached the counter I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the young lady in front of me was the manager. I advised her of the initial encounter, she began the same story I had heard upon my first day of rental. I stopped her mid sentence and showed her the Atlaschoice listing that clearly showed all fees that were included. Also the charge of the extra driver, as I looked around for one since I travel as a single. I then brought up the issue with the bug infested car and what kind of scam they are pulling. She immediately said that she would credit the 286.00 that it was an error. I then handed the 45.00 cleaning charge to her but was told they could not credit things that had not been charged to my account by them. They did offer me a 50.00 voucher for a rental. I will leave it up to those reading this review if I would be using this voucher. I certainly hope that in future Atlaschoice checks the vendors that they are using for there customers. Ended up as of now paying for a cleaning bill and the 222.00 for the voucher which ended up being a 4 day rental due to lack of being able to use car.
I have never had any issues with a AtlasChoice voucher in the past until I rented from Fox Rental Car.
I am waiting to see if Atlaschoice will reach out to me and possibly refund the monies that I spent on this nightmare Company Fox Car Rental that they represented, will give a update if they do.

"Good prices, great car, good service, the only issue is I did not know when I purchased the rental that the rental place was off site from the airport. If I were pressed for time it would have been an issue but otherwise GOOD JOB! FYI your early morning shift was very understaffed. "
"It seemed like such a great deal at first, I even paid extra for the "Excess Refund" insurance option. Once at the airport, I arrived late to my booking due to missing the shuttle bus because it was unclear that we were to go to a company with a different name (Dickmann's) that was partnered with Atlaschoice. Once we arrived, the company, Dickmann's, required a 995 euro deposit (which would be returned in more than a month's time if all went smoothly) or a purchase of their insurance $82 for the 3 days, double what I already paid through Atlaschoice. I opted for the extra insurance fee, mostly because of the amount of the deposit. Reading back on the fine print, it is all spelled out in the multiple emails from Atlaschoice. I shouldn't have paid extra for the insurance, but I was confused and I wasn't going to risk losing a $1000 deposit that I wouldn't get back for a month anyway! I take the blame, but even knowing how it works now, I would never choose to book with Atlaschoice again. It was confusing and unclear, and at the end of the day, not worth it!"
"Loved our car was upgraded by the car company. It was so easy from the airport to the car company. The employee was very nice, friendly and helpful regarding the area. The whole process of going thru Atlaschoice and getting the car was easy peasy. "
"Very happy with Atlaschoice. Service was quick and efficient. Had a problem once with their service, but they handled it so quickly that we were not worried about using them again. "
"We hired a car via Chiang Mai airport. The service was very fast and efficient. Would prefer to have an app to use though instead of finding somewhere to print out two copies of the voucher. The car we had wasn't great. Quite an extensive amount of panel damage and the engine struggled going up the hills towards Pai. It was a Nissan Almera. Can't blame the hire car company but if they are looking to replace surely there are better cars out there. All in all a good service at a good price. Would recommend."
"Quite an excellent company to do business with, in my estimation. "
"This rental at Lihue Airport in Kauai was a pleasure. No issues at all. Thanks for a great service."
"It was a nice experience and I enjoyed the services."
"I was a bit dubious about renting a car for from a company in Great Britain. I was soooo wrong. It was easy from the time I went online to the time I dropped the car off at the Columbus airport (CMH). Great service, nice car. Thanks"
"Couldn't have been happier with the price for the weekend"
"The 4 day car rental was less expensive than a single Uber ride. Fantastic!"
"I received several emails from Atlaschoice saying they had received my reservation and that I would receive a subsequent email from one of their partners (Hertz, Enterprise, Alamo, etc.) to confirm the car reservation. I never received a followup e-mail from any of the actual rental car companies at our destination, so upon arrival we had to quickly make our own new reservation at the airport kiosk. "
