"I ordered a cd player with my credit card. Their website showed my purchase confirmation, however, I never received an email confirmation. The next day my credit card company called me about two unusual charges on my card on the other side of the country (USA). They were fraudulent charges. My Audiogurus order and the credit card fraud were NOT unrelated I am quite sure. Having no way to contact Audiogurus, I wrote them a letter cancelling my order. I also informed my credit card company to not honor the Audioguru charge on my card. Audiogurus, IMO, is a scam site dedicated to capturing your credit card info. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AUDIOGURUS."
"Found the rcvr I want, placed the order, got an error kickback stating expiration date is wrong on my card. Tried a couple times more, figuring I missed something. Still no joy, so I called, had to leave a msg. Called the next day, still nothing. Called again & selected support & still nothing. Glad my card was kicked & didnt go thru. "I placed an order with these clowns and they never sent a confirmation. I only had the confirmation from PayPal that my money was in the "Pending" state. Now a over a week has passed an Clowngurus don't answer the phone. They don't return emails. Nothing. I sent them MULTIPLE emails telling them to cancel my order to the email address that is on the PayPal receipt. As soon as the 30 days passes, I will make sure the PayPal cancellation happens. I also warned the Disckgurus that is they ship the order, I am going to t refuse it. But then again, it doesn't look like Analgurus reads their emails. "

"After two months trying to order a couple of bookshelf speakers I gave up. They never update you on your order or respond to your emails at all, it's hard to reach them via phone. They will give you every excuse possible that the manufacturer is preparing the shipment or that it's backordered, they will promise to call you but they won't. The status of the order will never be updated online. I recommend to stay away from this company."

"When I saw reviews on ResellerRatings, I was apprehensive of buying something from them - what gave me comfort is 100% rating on Amazon. I took the plunge and I am glad I did.
Somehow my sound bar came without the remote - "here we go", I thought to myself, "the reviewers on ResellerRatings were right". I wrote an email to Audiogurus customer service and, shockingly, got response within 20 min of my original email! The replacement remote was sent to me the same day via 2-day delivery! Very, very impressed and surely will buy from this company again!

"this just is not a reliable business. i have had to call multiple times and each time i am promised a tracking number will be issued and the item will be drop shipped. it's going on 3 weeks no with no item and no tracking number. the bottom line is that this is not a reliable business and this review isn't about shaming them, it's a warning to other shoppers on what you're potentially dealing with. there are people who run a business out of their bedroom who are far more reliable and have much better service than this place"
