"Waited a week after order confirmation and no parts had arrived. Went online and discovered no tracking information. Waited a few days and still no tracking number. Called Customer Support twice (different days) and received automated response after a 30 to 60 sec that no one was available to take the call.
Finally, 9 days after confirmation email, I sent a reply to the order confirmation email asking for status of the order. I then received a response email shortly thereafter saying the part was not in stock so the order was cancelled. Note that I had to be the proactive one rather than Auto Parts Express and they did not deliver = very dissatisfied customer with an annoyingly unsatisfactory buying experience."
