"My Original order Date was 5/16/2013 NOT 5/24/2013 I was given an order #. I never Received my Parts,so I E-mailed Them 5/24/2013. On 5/28/2013 I got a Response back stating that My order Got Lost in the System.( You mean someone Dropped the Ball). They said I could get a Full Refund or They would Reship the Order( How do You Reship an Order that was Never Shipped?) I Had Them Ship the Order and UPS Showed up 5/31/2013 and MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE, SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ALL WEEKEND IN ORDER TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS. "Im very unhappy with autoparts express. Ordering and shipping are just fine. Core and product returns are seemingly impossible! I filed for a return request and had gotten a return request number. It has been over 6 weeks now and Im STILL WAITING for further instructions or approval of my returns. At this point, autoparts express has stiffed me for over $125.00! I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AS A GOOD PLACE TO GO FOR AUTO PARTS! Their toll free assistance number is a joke. ALL menu options direct you to their website. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE PHONE NUMBER??? I hope this helps others who are considering purchasing auto parts online."
