"After waiting for 11 days, I contacted Auto Parts Express twice to see why my order had not yet shipped. After 2 calls I could not get through to a representative, so I sent an e-mail. The message was promptly replied to and I was told that the parts (50 flex plates) were on back-order and I would receive a refund. I am pleased with their prompt reply and the refund, but why was I not informed of the status of the back-ordered parts in a timely fashion and without having to first contact customer service?"
