"I received the part ordered but when the part was installed it was defective. The part caused my car to shake badly and since I needed my car for work I was forced to buy another axle. I installed the new axle and the car is running great. I didn't get in touch with you to get a replacement part because it would have taken too long to have the part replaced since I would have to return the part to you before I would get a replacement part for the defective part that was shipped by you guys and leaving me without a car for GOD knows how long. It did teach me something and that was not to buy from an unknown source (company).
