Contact customer service via email with confirmation number (also customer number) and they email me back asking what is customer number. I email mail them back twice with the whole invoice and profile. Still no response. Call their 1800 number was a joke! never got a real person to talk to. Where are my parts? Anyway, my customer invoice said my order was shipped!!!"

I payed for express shipping and after two days their web site still said it hadn't shipped, so I tried calling their 1-800 number. After about ten tries and no one had answered, I gave up and emailed customer service. They replied back that they would check on it and let me know, but never got back to me. In the end it had shipped so everything was OK though."
