"The "Shopping Experience" was O.K. in 5/25/12 but on 6/2/12 still no parts.

I'd expected 'em in a week as stated, but the van is still useless until they arrive.

Update, they arrived on 6/5/12, and he van is back in service.

"These prices are incredible. My final cost for Moog front-end parts for my 01 Dokata was $200 through AutoPartsExpress, compared with $430 if I had used Oriely. Online retailers did not come close to this savings either. My order came in two separate shipments (as APE said might happen). With the order, I was given a tracking number through UPS which also gave a daily ticker on when the shipment would arrive. I received all of my parts by the date given at UPS. Absolutely love APE. Nobody, not even on ebay, can beat their prices. "

"I am still in the middle of this order, but am reviewing now anyway. The experience started well. When I opened the boxes, there were parts that were not shipped. These included parts that were just not included as well as parts that were supposed to be in the box but were not. The invoice was crumbled into a wad and shoved in the box. It took a good 5 mins just to straighten to read. Minor I know, but indicative of the way they 'cared' when shipping. I own 9 cars, and purchase parts monthly. I purchase a lot at RockAuto. AutoPartsEXPRESS prices were better, but if you don't get the parts-who cares?
I called the company twice, and you are told to send an email. Even if you want to purchase parts! I've called RockAuto many times, at odd hours even, and there is always someone to answer the phone and resolve an issue.
As of this moment an email was sent to me stating the missing parts are being shipped. However, how? when? Doubt they'll get here when needed for the weekend work planned.

Would I buy from again? Maybe. Depends on how they resolve this issue. If they ship overnight on their dime and make good on their mistake, probably. If not, and it takes 10 days for the parts to get here, no, I won't.

Mistakes happen. How you resolve it is what separates companies.

"My overall experience with Auto Parts Express was fantastic! I was amazed by how much money I cold save by purchasing brake rotors and pads from Auto Parts Express! I was a little hesitant about delivery time from California to Michigan but the shipment got to my home on time like it was supposed to. The auto-chain stores near my home can not compete against the prices I found on their website for all kinds of OEM and aftermarket auto parts and accessories. I will use them again, in the immediate future, on any auto parts purchases, Steven Jones, Brownstown, Michigan. "

"My overall experience was very good. I got help from Steve H. He wasn't able to find the first part I was looking for, but he helped me find another part I needed (the mass air flow sensor) at about the best price I've seen. I received the part and installed it and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks!"

"There was a lapse between ordering and shipping that hasn't been explained. I got a notice that my order had been filled then nothing happened for several days. I had no idea if it had been shipped or not. After several days I got another notice that it had been filled and after contacting customer service I was informed that it had been shipped and I should have it today 4/25/12. I assume there was some mix up there, but i do appreciate the rapid response to my email. "
