"One of order items was cancelled due to lack of inventory. The cancelled item is the only one I need and all other items are to make total amount qualified for free delivery. I ended up with unnecessary items and shipping handling fee which is huge in considering the non cancelled items. Worst of worst is not the delivery charge. Non cancelled items are three and all three items have been delivered separate mails (although all three items are from same warehouse place) with huge box for each item .... like 1.5m box just for one side windshield blade .... totally unreliable, immoral, irresponsible... all the bed words are not enough for this business practice.

"In the web site it said that order over $100 is free shipping. I ordered few oil filters and the match drain plugs and the bill was over $100. I was charged $47.98 for shipping. The AutoPartsWay explanation is below:
'Economy shipping is free on any shipment over $100 total in parts from the same warehouse. If your
order contains less than $100 in parts from any warehouse, a shipping charge will apply for the shipment
from that warehouse only, and you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at the shopping
cart.

Upon checking your order will be shipped from 2 different warehouse.'

I do not see anywhere in the web site that the order has to coming from one warehouse. With almost 50% added to the order for shipping, the few oil filter I order is the highest price I ever paid."
