I wish comcast customer service had one tenth that this company has.
I had ordered a set of brake rotors for my BMW and I ordered the wrong part.
In ONE email, I was simply instructed to put the package by the front door and UPS would be there to pick it up with a PRE-paid shipping lable.
I'm quite impressed with this kind of customer service!!!
Prior to having to return the part because I ordered the wrong one, the original shipment came within a few days and that is pretty good if you ask me.
