"DON'T buy their products. Their products do NOT have the quality they promote. They have no credibility whatsoever. The description of their products is NOT related to that of the manufacturer. Representatives misguide customers when making a claim. The worst company for car products.
They kept me waiting for a response for more than 3 weeks giving misleading information about the claim until the very last minute I contacted the warranty staff who were not aware of any claim until I called. They explained the details of the product that does not match what the seller is advertising in their public web page in terms of weight. "
"Had an issue with 2 components ordered, one defective and the other never arrived. The bed mat was in transit but the shipping showed it was not moving, contacted support and they put it off as "In Transit", finally after about 3 contacts they realized it is either lost or never left the facility, now if it considered "Lost" and have to wait for a review.
The tonneau cover has a defect, autoaccessoriesgarage said they would handle that with the manufacturer.... False, nothing occurred. I contacted the manuafacturer and within a few minutes we are working on a resolution. Autoaccessoriesgarage.com did nothing to help either situation. Avoid them at all costs."
"The mats are a bit lightweight compared to the all weather mats from the dealership but the are a better fit. I still would recommend buying from here."
"These folks are NOT a retailer. They are a PHONE BANK/ Affiliate Sales program. They create a false retail website take your order, then compile them with other orders, then they order from a factory or supplier (who you could've done directly)
These folks make false promises of delivery times and WILL NOT WARRANTY ANYTHING. They make you return it to factory/supplier.

"BUYER BEWARE OF AUTO ACCESSORIS GARAGE. There are a lot of reputable auto parts websites to purchase from – don’t choose autoaccessoriesgarage.com! We had a very disappointing, and expensive, experience. We purchased from auto accessories garage.com a set of maxliner floor mats that were supposedly custom fit for our suv. Front and back floor mats and rear cargo mat = about $245 total cost. They were a poor fit – the cargo mat particularly poor with nearly a depth 4 inches short. The design and quality were also poor. All 4 raised sides of the cargo mat curled over at the top of the raised edge. The material was cheap and thin. So the curled over top of the raised edge, was supposed to be (I guess) a finished edge, but instead it was not uniform and cheesy. And, with a 2 inch raised edge even at the hatch opening, it was awkward to load and unload items over that 2 inch raided edge sticking up. The floor mats were no better. The fronts had a 1/4 inch gap on the door side that would allow debris down between the mat and the door jam. Rear mats where long making them pucker where it went over the hump in the middle. We decided to return due to poor quality, design, and fit especially for the $245!. I contacted Autoaccessoriesgarage.com for return information. I received an email about their return policy – yes you can return in 30 days – but BUYER BEWARE. They charged me $96 to return the two boxes of mats and $36 restocking fee – for these pieces of junk. Guess I should have went with weathertech mats for $100 more. I called customer service at Auto accessories garage. They said there was nothing they could do about the charges, policy is policy. Unless I purchase something else from them, then they would wave the $36 restock charge. I would strongly discourage anybody from making a purchase from unless you're 110% positive you won't be returning. I hope this helps the next person. Buyer beware. "
"I bought a set of Cover King seat covers from here, they came made incorrectly, the centers were seriously crooked on both seat back and bottoms, After a bunch of back and forth emails I had to wait for AAG to contact Cover King and their response was to "just pull them a little" instead of sorry your seat covers were made by a drunk blind guy. Apparently nobody at AAG or CoverKing looked at the multiple pictures I sent, because pulling them a little would result in the other seams being crooked and the covers not fitting right. Sent them back only to get jerked around by having to deal with different people each time, finally got a refund minus $67.39 unknown fees, although they say no restocking fee if the parts are wrong. Seriously, these guys are scumbags, and Cover King has garbage quality and bad customer service as well. Avoid buying here like you avoid getting herpes. Do yourself a favor and buy direct from another manufacturer."
"I ordered a 1 piece third-row floor mat for a Toyota Highlander on March 18. They were quick to charge my card for it but is has yet to ship 11 days later. I have asked for a refund based on them not being able to tell me when it will ship."
"I had a set of step bars on order from another reseller and was contacted telling me that the items were on backorder and would take two weeks to come in. I decided to see if I could find them in stock somewhere else. I called Auto Accessories Garage and spoke to a sales rep. I told her my issue and asked if they had the same item in stock and if so when it would ship. She told me that it was in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. I ordered from them and cancelled my other order. I woke up the next day to check the status and it showed as on backorder. I called Auto Accessories Garage and was told that they do not actually stock any items and that the sales person was making an educated guess about an item to be shipped form another company. She also told me that the item wa son backorder now for at least a month. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WOULD MISLEAD YOU LIKE THIS!!!!"

I waited then contacted them, every time I called, the person was polite and helpful. Got item but had an issue due again to the manufacturer. Auto garage was again by VERY helpful in resolving the issue and getting me a refund. Very happy with company."
"I ordered a Curt Hitch on 6/4 via Amazon from them. Per Amazon, they had one in stock and I would receive it between 6/13 and 6/19, which was perfect because I needed to install the hitch no later than 6/20 on my vehicle. I called them on 6/12 to ensure that it would be delivered on time as it had not shipped yet. I was told that I would not receive it until 7/13, that they did not actually keep any of these in stock but they were an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. I told them I was on Amazon and was looking at that hitch from them and it stated that it was "In Stock" and had a latest delivery date of 6/26, so how was this possible if the one I ordered on 6/4 wasn't in stock and couldn't be delivered by the promised dates. The only remedy they had for me was to cancel my order. I don't understand why a company would lie about something being in stock and promised delivery dates. They don't care at all about the needs of their customers and will say anything to get your order instead of you ordering from one of their competitors."
"They're absolutely as bad as the reviews say. They charge my credit card and a week later still haven't shipped what I ordered. I emailed customer service to ask them if the order has shipped and it has been a week already and all they can tell me is they don't know. After two emails they quit responding to me. I guess I'm going to wind up filing a complaint with the better business bureau, should have listened to the reviews. Now I get to work to get my money back, their BULL they say they have easy returns and the best customer service that, doesn't even exist."
"Worst place ever. If your stuff is defective you are beat. NO returns or replacement. They are pros at CC disputes cause that all they do. They will require a second opinion from a shop that is the incorrect part and have them fill out a report on company letterhead. Who will do that for free. Scum is what they are"
"Ordered car seat covers on December 3 with the understanding I would have them before Christmas. Received an e-mail indicating they would be shipped between 12/12 and 12/17. Order did not ship. Contacted the company on 12/18, they could not give me an answer, just stated they would be shipped soon. Called back again of 12/20, spoke to Richard who stated they knew about the order and were in contact with the manufacturer. He stated they should ship out before Christmas and would overnight to ensure they would arrive by 12/24. He would call me back with an update on Monday, 12/23. Never received a call. I called back the afternoon of 12/23 to check the status, stated again they were aware and in contact with the manufacturer. Received a call back later that afternoon stating that the covers would not ship until 1/3/2020.
Then I received an e-mail indicating they were shipped FedEx on 12/23, however they were not sent overnight as promised. They were sent regular ground from California.
All in all, very disappointing. Could not get a firm response from Auto Accessories Garage. Did not keep promises made to overnight when shipped on 12/23. I would not recommend buying anything from this company"
"They sold me snow plows that said they are hydraulic and even have videos showing this. When I got them they were not and now they are going to charge me $700 to ship them back."
