"Had an issue with 2 components ordered, one defective and the other never arrived. The bed mat was in transit but the shipping showed it was not moving, contacted support and they put it off as "In Transit", finally after about 3 contacts they realized it is either lost or never left the facility, now if it considered "Lost" and have to wait for a review.
The tonneau cover has a defect, autoaccessoriesgarage said they would handle that with the manufacturer.... False, nothing occurred. I contacted the manuafacturer and within a few minutes we are working on a resolution. Autoaccessoriesgarage.com did nothing to help either situation. Avoid them at all costs."
"Placed an order for several parts, when I opened the package I found 1 part was back ordered. The rest of the parts were intact and well packed, no issues. I did not wish to wait for the other part so I emailed customer service and asked that they cancel the part back ordered. The agent canceled and replied in a timely manner, no issues or questions. Good service and good response."
