"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company! BUYER BEWARE! We made a purchase for a custom mat and when the mat didn't fit, they acknowledged by email that their website had a mistake and asked if I wanted a shipping label to return and purchase other ones. I said just the shipping label as we wouldn't get the correct ones by Christmas and then they refused...even after we sent the VIN as proof that we were correct. We had to pay a lot of return shipping for THEIR mistake and the refund was slower than normal bank processing times. DO NOT SOHP HERE! "

After I bought wrong rear mirror for my car in store and bad information and help from sellers ,I told the customer service and they did nor solve it and did not return it because I missed the package which was damaged when I was trying to open the pack and they did not returned it or exchanged it.I am very unhappy."
"Today i had my XH Falcon ute air con serviced at Midvale Branch.The complete service cost $119.00 and no extra fees.Air con now is icy cold and the service from the staff fantastic .Even to picking up my ute and dropping it off after the service was completed.Nothing was a problem for the professional and friendly staff.I can from experience recommend Autobarn midvale to anyone.Thanks again to all the staff."

"Bought this car from Bill at Auto Barn. The last conversation we had he told me he didn't have time to talk any more as it was the busy time of year. Bill Recommended Darrill Page to inspect my car, he has no business inspecting any car, terrible job. Bill recommended Jason at J&J transport to haul the car, they loaded and unloaded the car 3 times left it out in the rain and drove it in a dirty parking lot. Jason said he would pay for the detail job but never cane thru. The car was delivered with body damage but the shipper wouldn't pay so I had to use my insurance to cover it"
"I ordered a dash mat on their website. When I received it the quality of it was very bad so I wanted to return it. Once they sent me my money back, they charged at 35% restocking fee. I have pictures of the product and they charged way too much for something that was new. "

"I was bought a car by a friend from this company,apparently the car had just passed the MOT.Within 3 weeks the car needed to be sent back 3 times to be repaired.After refusing to drive this car anymore and asking for a refund i was offered another car.Whilst driving the new car home i realised the jandbrake wasnt working.I took this to a loval garage and was told the car needed new brakecables but also the clutch was going.When trying to get in touch with autobarn i noticed they had bloked my number.This has now been passed on to trading standards and a soliciotr.Also still waiting for the log book for the first car so i can get the tax back..this log book never got sent to the dvla as its since been registered to a new owner"
"Put in all of the information the Website requested to match the paint color on my car. Website came back with what they claimed was a perfect match. Did all the prep work on a small area on a bumper, Can-top looked like a match, sprayed the area, three times over a 40 minute period (10 minutes is the recommended time between coats). Let dry for the 48 hours recommended, and wow, a totally differed color that didn't even come close to matching my car paint color. Contacted Auto Barn for an RMA to send the can back and "sorry we do not take back or refund spray paint that has been used." How can you guarantee a perfect match, then say sorry, no refund? With customer service like that, how can anyone do business with these people......."
"I ordered bunch of oil additives and car wax, when I received the box, car was missing and I contacted the Autobarn right away but they are refusing to provide replacement or refund and not willing to take responsibility regarding this issue.

"I called this company on February 26, 2016 in reference to a Chevy Tahoe. I spoke with a representative that told me the vehicle was there and they could get me a better rate than i was offered. I was told once i get there the vehicle and the paper work wold be ready for me. I drove an hour to the location just to find out that the vehicle I wanted was previously sold. They then attempted to place me in another vehicle (of course). The first vehicle my wife and I watched them to attempt to start it 4 different times. Once it was started the salesman drove away then pulled back in front of the location. He then asked us outside to view the vehicle. Once outside i asked if this was the same vehicle they could not start and he lied to my face!!!! He stated, No we parked that one behind the trees..... after the lie they brought out another vehicle that was falling apart. the third vehicle they brought out was nice but not what i wanted. after being at the locations for more than 3 hours a manager decided to pull the roster of incoming vehicles. I saw what I wanted and paper work was started on that vehicle with along with a contract stating if something was wrong with it the contract would be voided. i was then told the vehicle would be ready for me to pick up on Wednesday. Over the next for days i called to get an update on shipping, pictures of the vehicle and the carafax. It took 4 days for my call to be returned and receive the pictures. I still have not received the carafax. I just called an hour ago an no one can tell me if the vehicle is even at the dealership yet. I was told they would get back to me in an hour. We'll see. All I want is communication at this point but its looking like this deal is about to fall through! Very disappointed!!!"
