Only thing that made me uncomfortable was a second representative approaching me to try and convince me to buy dealer's free insurance for the first 72 (?) months, when I had clearly told the original sales rep that I didn't want it. "I went into Auto Lenders after a failed attempt at Carmax and ended up with a great car low miles and just to my liking within hours. Mike greeted me at the door and got me into the car for a test drive in 10 minutes. After I returned he was quick to do an appraisal on my trade-in and came in at the right price. A couple things need to be done and they agreed with no question and set me up with an appointment that day to take care of everything so I was completely satisfied. It was easy and no hassle.
