"Ordered OEM windshield wipers for my E63 s AMG . Package arrived with correct part numbers but WRONG CONTENT inside . Box was opened and re-taped on arrival . They are OEM windshield wipers of an old Mercedes model , not for the E63s AMG , according to local car shop . They refused to refund . No exchanges either unless I want to exchange for wipers with different part numbers !!! Very low class , not honest , cheating shop .. !! Stay away from this place . Of course there are a few people lucky enough to get the correct items , but that numbers are few and between . It was bad !!"
"Mahle is a German company. For my Mercedes-Benz, I had two choices for oil filters: Mahle or Mann for close to the same price. I chose Mahle only to discover upon delivery that unlike the Mann filters, Mahle is made in China. On the autohauaz.com website listing for the Mahle filter, there is no indication that the part is made in China. I do not install Chinese parts on my classic 1985 Mercedes-Benz.
I will now acquire the Mann oil filters locally from NAPA and dispose of the two Chinese Mahle oil filters acquired from autohausaz.com.

"I used to love AutohausAz. 5 years back, great service and competitive prices, even free shipping. I would get my order delivered in San Diego 2 business days after I placed my order. Times have changed!!!! My last order took 8 business days to get here. It took 4 days to process, then I received notification of shipment but it took another 2 days before Fedex confirmed pick up of the package. And like 5 yrs ago only 2 days to get here from Arizona. Bottom line it now takes 6 days vs 1 day to process an order. To make things worse, 5 years ago, I could call and get help on the phone. "

My first and only dealings with the company obviously was not a good one...I requested a rush for my order. I paid extra for a 2 day rush for the part on thu 3/13, but I would not receive the part until 3/18 5 days later. What did I pay that additional charge for? The AutohausAZ rep that handled my concern, either needs additional training on reviewing what they type before responding back to a customer, or when caught in a lie, own up to it. Stating my area does not have weekend shipping, when the FedEx tracking history showed the item was in Tenn over the weekend."
