I also had a positive experience when I made a mistake ordering, and was shown grace when they accepted a returned an expensive electrical item, and provided refund when they didn't have to. I was impressed with the representative that I talked with at that time. Their real class showed through when I received a simple AutohausAZ souvenir t-shirt that came sealed, but had a defect. I sent a less than respectful email to voice my dismay. Instead of no response, or a negative one, I received a call from a first class gentleman, who made the situation right. From complaint to resolved issue in a few hours... these people have pride in their brand name, from the person who read the email, to the guy that called me, and made it right immediately. Customer for life, or until the car projects stop... which ever comes first. "
