"The order came in accurately, although some shipped by drop-ship. However, the packaging were horrible. The rotors were put together with brown wrapping papers which were torn and crumbled to the side leaving two rotors were hitting and scratching each other which caused the protective coating were pretty much all damaged and more importantly the inner rim of the rotors were all scuffed, chipped, nudged, etc. because there weren’t luckily no deep scratch on the pad contacting area; i am planning to put on but i feel like i purchased a banged used rotors. I understand OEM rotors don’t come in an individual box but AutohausAZ could and should have put in even thick cardboard box or panel between rotors and definitely stronger outside box. The box were to weak and thin and unsupportive hence all destroyed and horribly taped by the carrier i assume. Oh and one of pad retainer metal bracket was missing so i have gone and got a new one from a nearby Mercedes dealer. All in all, what good is it if goods are all damaged and missing before it arrives. "

"I was in need of some new rocker arms for a motor I was fixing. I called and asked if they had this specific part in stock, gave them the part number and everything, and if they could check if they had at least 12 ready to ship since that is how many I needed. I was assured they had them in stock, and had more than enough to fill my order. I placed my order after being told everything was in stock on Friday. Saturday morning I got a call that they actually don’t have them in stock, and all the people I could’ve talked to on the phone don’t even have access to a live inventory so they can’t check anyways. Now while the guy I ordered from, even though he gave me bad information, and the guy who called me the next day to give me the bad news were both very nice, it was extremely aggravating to have gone through the effort of making sure it was in stock before ordering only to get a call on the weekend that my order will just be cancelled. If I would’ve known that I could’ve ordered from someone else who did have the parts in stock and they would’ve at least been on a truck on the way to me for that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday but I had to call another place to actually order my parts the following Monday instead. What a let down. "
