"The website showed that the item I bought was a rubber gasket. The picture was of a gasket not a tube of sealant. It also said "1998-1999 Volvo S70 Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set Victor Gaskets". It said nothing about a tube of sealant. I was expecting a gasket not a gasket sealant or liquid gasket. The only mention of "sealant" was in the notes, but made it appear as if sealant was necessary to install the gasket, not that that was the product I would receive. When I received it, I said okay fine, but why does it cost over $35?! I found the exact same brand of sealant on Perfectengine.com for just $3.96. I voiced my concerns, and was promptly contacted by a customer service manager, who offered me a full refund. I received the full refund today, so although I did not get the product I was hoping for, I greatly appreciated the quality customer service. It is great to know that they are are dedicated to offering their customers' quality service and resolving challenges when they arise in a swift and professional manner. I hope to do business with you in the future."

"I ordered 4 sets of SAAB 900 clutch slave cylinder rebuild o-ring kits. They arrived as promised. However, 2 of the sets each had one bad o-ring. After calling Autopartsnetwork, they requested photos of the bad o-rings, which I emailed with an explanation.
