"I was very satisfied with the service. However, I could not get the part to fit after trying for one and a half hours and finally requested a return authorization. I subsequently received a notice that the returned part had been accepted and my credit card account was credited back for the full purchase price. Accordingly, I was very happy with the service but equally disappointed the part I ordered, received and returned did not fit. I noticed slight differences in the positioning of the three holding tabs on the replacement part compared to an OEM part which obviously made a significant difference in me not being able to force or snap the replacement part in place. "
