"It is very bad so far. The MAF sensor that was shipped to me was defective as per an electical diagnosis conducted by my automotive mechanic.
I called several times to try to get a replacement for it and was told by several representatives that one would be mailed to me but has not happened.
Each representative has told me they would send me an email with a return label for the part mailed to me before and they would send me a replacement...again, it has not happened. So I am stuck here with a defective part which I paid over $200 for."

"Dorman clutch fan failed after only one days use. Customer service has not called back. VERY UNSATISFIED. There"s more... The Autoparts network web site list the wrong part for the application. Found this out through Dorman. After The repair shop installed TWO of the wrong parts and 1 1/2 days to diagnose why the clutch fan is not working. APN WOULDN'T REIMBURSE 170.00 LABOR AND STILL HAVE NOT SENT A REFUND. BAD BUSINESS !!!!!"
