Other reviews are most likely posted by the company. Autopartsnetwork.com shipped me incorrect parts. Three weeks and five calls later I still have not received the correct part. Customer service keeps telling me that UPS will pick up the incorrect parts, UPS keeps telling me that I need a new shipping label. I finally gave up trying to get the correct part (the one my credit card was billed for) I requested a full refund and Auto Parts Network customer service became argumentative and told me that the misunderstanding was my fault for not better explaining the situation. How difficult is “you sent me the wrong parts” to understand? Worst customer service experience in memory. Pay a little more and get your auto parts from a different supplier or you could be walking in my shoes. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!"

After three days of going back and forth with the Auto Parts Network customer service department...and VERIFYING my information with MY BANK....the order was cancelled because the Auto Parts Network computer kept saying that my credit card billing address was incorrect....They didn't want to attempt to fix the problem on their end! My reply to Auto Parts Network after their reply...MY BANK verified the information that I gave your company. Your sales department quoted to me that "we have been having problems with our new system and it doesn't like PO Boxes"....That just happens to be my only mailing address, has been for over 30 years....And furthermore, You advertise payments by PayPal accepted but when asked, your representatives say...."UMM, It's not set up yet"....Then why have it on your website?"
