"Iplaced my order on Jan 03, 2012 and selected the overnight delivery option. Several days went by and I didn't receive the order. I called the customer service line and asked about my order. He saw my order in the system but did not know why it was not shipped yet. He said he was going to call the warehouse and find out what's going on. He said he'll send me a e-mail to update me and provide me with a tracking number.This was Jan 09, 2012. today is Jan 11, 2011 and I still haven't received the e-mail or the product yet. I went on the website and grabed the tracking number myself and found out that I'm not going to receive it until Jan 12, 2012 ( Hopefully). This is not next day delivery or regular delivery."
