"I did not have a problem until it came to returning a part that did not fit. We requested the return and it took multiple days for them to get back to us. Then we sent the parts back in July and still have not received the refund! All because I did not email them back a tracking number( I have never had to do this before). At first I attempted to call them about the return and they said that they would check the warehouse and get back to me VIA email. About a week later I did not hear from them so I went ahead and emailed them and they told me that I needed to get with the mail carrier. I did as they asked and went to the post office. The post office told me that they only keep tracking numbers for a month, so no luck there. I emailed them back informing this. Their response was "Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, you'll need to retrieve your receipt and provide the tracking information. We will need the tracking information to confirm delivery.Thank you again for contacting us. If we can be of any further assistance regarding this matter please do not hesitate to respond to this email."
I don't understand what they do with random packages that show up but this is ridiculous and we are talking about a couple hundred dollars worth of parts.

Being labor day weekend, it would be a perfect time to work on my car so I can have it for work next Tuesday. But I won't get my part until Next Tuesday. So if you think Autoplicity will get you parts fast and cheap think again, they'll charge you immediately and then wait two days to ship your part."

"Ordered from this website and that was a big mistake. Prop arrived was not what I ordered, no hub kit included. Product description says nothing about hub kit not included the prop wasn't even the right material. When I called to sort it out I waited 15 mins on hold just so they could hang up. I called back and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and clearly hates her job. She ends up basically telling me she doesn't care sets up a return and hung up. I would not recommend this site or any of there products."
"Pick up side steps look like a great advantage for accessing a crossover tool box. The problem is that these would be too far forward or too far back in the bed. The picture is not at all accurate. Cost almost as much to return as to purchase. Should have kept them for scrap metal."
