"Ordered a Goodyear Gatorback serpentine belt. It was a little more expensive on their site than others for that brand then a Continental brand, but that is what they advertised. It was confirmed when I placed the order (I have the email confirmation). What I received was a Continental brand serpentine belt. I wanted the Goodyear Belt brand and spent a little more than I needed to for it. I don't appreciate the bait and switch and frankly; it's dishonest. beware!"

"My item was damaged during delivery. When I got the email that it was being disputed I noticed my address was incorrect. So both my billing address and shipping address were wrong. First, I'm not sure how the billing still went through with the wrong address but that might be a question for my credit card company. Second, even though the item was being returned and re-sent they would not let me change my address. They were unable to give me any information how to fix the situation so now I have to just cancel the order all together. Probably won't be using their service again."
