"The arrangement was nothing like what I ordered. I paid extra to have a larger arrangement and yet the arrangement was smaller than what was shown on the website. They asked me if I wanted them to redeliver the flowers and I told them that I did. After I agreed to the redelivery, Ava's quickly responded that they will not redeliver unless my daughter (who is 3 states away from me) returned the flowers that she was given.
I would avoid this place at all cost!"

"I scoured the internet looking for a florist who could deliver next day for the anniversary of my mother in laws passing. I finally found Ava’s flowers and was excited. I picked the arrangement and paid and all was well. Until the delivery day. I got an email at 1:08pm saying they couldn’t deliver that day due to not having the right flowers available. The email said I could call for other options. So I did. The lady told me that I would have needed to request another arrangement by 1pm to make that days delivery. Pretty frustrating considering I didn’t get the email in time to do anything about it. The flowers were a day late and had flowers substitutions. Why didn’t they just do that the day of? I told the lady how important the date was and she said there was nothing she could do. Won’t use them again. "
