"The bouquet that I ordered for a sick friend was absolutely gorgeous. She really loved it and it made me so happy that it was a quality arrangement. That being said, I ordered the item for “same day delivery” to the hospital which didn’t happen. By the next day she went home. Getting help using the app, the website, and the phone was very frustrating. The ‘automated responses’ were not helpful and I spent a lot of time going in circles. Eventually someone called, and we got the whole thing resolved, but not without angst. Website/app help system needs updating as it still references pandemic issues and creates a perpetual loop."
