I paid extra for a before 2pm delivery, and got an email that day around 5 that my flowers would be delivered the next day. When they still weren't I got an email to call them. We agreed on a next delivery date and they refunded the rush order payment. We did miss an important window I was hoping to hit with the delivery, but their customer service was very good. My colleague confirmed receipt and said the flowers smelled so good, but she didn't send a photo so I can't comment on the look or freshness of the arrangement. "

I understand that some flowers aren't in bloom, etc. But don't name bouquets with colors then if the expectation is that we have to be happy with whatever arrives. Aren't some bouquets more money because of the flowers used? Then not getting those flowers is just absurd. Instead of getting a pastel bouquet, she was given hot pink roses. I was going to let it go, but then getting 4 emails to review and confirm rubs me the wrong way. Likely won't order again."

"When placing the order on 5/27, I requested the flowers be delivered on 5/31 to ensure they would be there in the Chapel on 6/1. I received a call on 5/31 at 5 pm stating the flowers would arrive on Saturday morning. After speaking with a customer service rep Saturday morning at 9 am, I was assured the flowers would be delivered at 10 am or sooner. The memorial service was to start at 10:30 am. When I arrived at the chapel at 10:15 am there were no flowers. At 10:18, the delivery person arrived to set up the easel with the flowers. Although, the flowers arrived before the service, I was still disappointed they did not arrive the day prior or even before 10 am on the day of the service.
I will say the flowers were beautiful and were fresh."
